The Guardian, Kwenda Lima

I oversee internal reorganization processes.

A workplace where presence, structure, and responsibility come together.

I don’t offer answers, nor do I try to teach a method.

I strive to create the conditions that allow presence to reorganize life.

My role is to serve this work with faithfulness, simplicity, and humanity.

This work proves useful when:

  • There is a loss of steering
  • There is a need to restore accountability
  • the body is no longer being heard…
  • There is a gap between who a person is and the life they lead

How does it work?

I believe that presence is not a special state, but a way of living life with greater clarity, responsibility, and humanity.

My work is organized into different experiences. Although each has its own purpose, they all stem from the same vision: to create the conditions for a more functional and vibrant presence.
